We have seen it all. People are working well with some and not so well with others. Even I find it easier to work with a certain type of person and naturally tend to work with them more than with others. In a workplace we don’t necessarily have a choice who we work with. We still need to communicate and collaborate well, no matter how different and unfamiliar the other person appears to us. By learning how to work with diverse people we contribute massively to our own (and others) well-being as well as our own (and others) success.
