Conflict only arises when at least one person experiences negative emotions. Addressing these emotions by talking about them is the best approach for the individual and the organisation. The Diversity Institute developed a model and regularly runs workshops on how to best prevent and resolve negative emotions. I am sharing the link to my article in the Employment Today magazine.
