Blended Learning
When teams are scattered around the country, work in shifts it can be costly, difficult or even impossible to bring them together for a workshop. Online learning and e-learnings combined with face to face workshops can make a big impact. For example, leaders attend a workshop and their team is completing the relevant e-learning. This way everyone is on board, speaks the same language, and implementing change is so much easier for the leader! Some of the blended learning option are:
